One of the mandates of AWC is to challenge stereotypes or preconceived notions and encouraging critical thinking. We do this through our insightful monthly Circle Dialogues, which bring together women leaders who share their stories and experiences with aspiring young professional women or women looking to get back into the workforce after a break.

Our Masterclasses are well attended by over 100 participants each time with over 90% women participants and 10% men participants. It is proof that even men are engaging in the conversation and are ready to challenge stereotypes.
