We are proud to announce that the theme for Lean In Summit 2016 is “Lean In Together, Asia!”.

 

This year, we are excited to be able to collaborate with our regional peers consisting of various Lean In Circles from Asia. Despite having a lot more work to do at home, we believe that by expanding the circles we can gain more insights on the similar issues faced by women in Asia.

 

We will be diving into the question of the role and extent of culture towards in contributing to women’s success, share some of the best practices and policies that can be implemented to help women and tips on how to create a strong network of supporters for women. To this effect, expect a lineup of speakers that will be as diverse as our Lean In Circle members from the region!
