This is Lean In Malaysia's brand new 5-weeks accelerator Lean In Youth (#LIY2018) to educate, enable and empower Malaysian Youths (all genders, in their final year at local universities) into leadership. Here are the highlights of Lean In Youth programme 2018.

Lean In Malaysia launched the third instalment of our signature career accelerator, Lean In Career Programme (LICP) 3.0 in 2018. We introduced the Leadership Edition, starting 25 August 2018 till 27 October 2018. The 9-week programme aims to Educate, Enable and Empower female middle-managers by equipping them with the tools, support systems, and confidence to overcome challenges, attain relevant skills and thrive in their leadership journey.

In April 2018, Lean In Malaysia partnered with Lead Women to bring to you a specialized Blue Ocean Strategy Masterclass - 'Self Aware Leadership and Brand Presence'. In today's world of work, we are competing with the best of the best - educated, motivated and successful people. How do you get noticed in the right personal and professional circles? We constantly need to evolve our leadership to not just stay relevant but to stay ahead of the game! Lean In Unconference 2018 (LIU 2018) entitled, “What’s Next? Leveling Up The Conversation” with the theme ‘Diversity in Career and Societal Issues’, the conference aims to create platform for women from all walks of life who want to part in nation building by bridging conversations and actions from different segments of society into one. The goal is to broaden our coverage of inclusion amongst the members of our nation.
