Eligibility CriteriaWork Experience • Women with approximately 5–10 years of total working experience • Ideally currently managing at least 2 direct reports • In the early years (recommended within the first 2 years) of their journey as a people manager or newly promoted into the role Must be able to commit to the full 8–12 week programme, in person within Klang Valley
