  • Eligibility Criteria
    Work Experience •⁠ ⁠Women with approximately 5–10 years of total working experience •⁠ ⁠Ideally currently managing at least 2 direct reports •⁠ ⁠In the early years (recommended within the first 2 years) of their journey as a people manager or newly promoted into the role Must be able to commit to the full 8–12 week programme, in person within Klang Valley
