Lean In Malaysia's signature career accelerator returns for the sixth year running with the LICP 6.0 - 'Career Comeback' edition. The third edition of our career re-launch theme, previous programmes saw up to 80% of our cohort gaining re-employment within 12 months of graduating from the programme.

 

Running from October 9th to November 20th 2021, this year's programme is designed to empower, educate and enable women who are currently out of employment, return to the workforce with confidence.

 

Through our 8 week programme, participants will be equipped with the skills and tools that they need to pursue their career aspirations once more. This year's LICP: Career Comeback edition will be run 100% virtually through a series of engaging digital masterclasses and panel discussions, and complemented by mentoring from senior industry leaders in small groups of no more than three participants.

 

During the different phases of the programme, our participants will:

• Design their career plan and chart a path for their career re-launch

• Learn practical tips to optimise their CV and LinkedIn profiles to stand out to recruiters

• Build their support system and strengthen their emotional resilience

• Receive guidance, insights and mentorship from senior leaders
   

Who should apply? Women who:

• Are currently on a career break and have been for at least 6 months

• Have a minimum of 5 years professional experience

• Are committed to returning to the workforce

• Are experiencing obstacles in returning to the workforce

• Are driven to develop themselves professionally and personally

The programme is now open for registration, at an Early Bird fee of RM75 from September 1st to 12th. The Normal Rate of RM100 applies beginning September 13th through 25th.

 

Lean In Malaysia supporters have contributed to enable 10 applicants to participate in the upcoming Lean in Career Programme 6.0 – ‘Career Comeback’ for free. What's more, we at Lean In Malaysia will sponsor another 5 applicants! So altogether, participation fees will be waived for a total of 15 applicants! This offer will be extended to selected applicants who are in need of financial aid.
